„Due to a quick appointment, I went to the practice as a new private patient for a professional teeth cleaning, during which a brief check-up was also performed. During the check-up, Dr. Lohrmann found cavities on two upper molars with a quick visual inspection. She showed me the discoloration with a mirror and told me that the decay had already spread through the fissure into the tooth and that I should schedule an appointment for treatment as soon as possible. I then went on vacation and had a nagging feeling the whole time that the decay was spreading further into the healthy tooth. After my vacation, I went to my dentist, where I've been a patient for a long time, and explained the details to him. He told me that it was simply discoloration of the fissures, which is common in many adults. Due to my continued uncertainty, the teeth were tapped and an X-ray was taken, which confirmed the result: NO cavities. I couldn't believe it and called Dr. Lohrmann's practice again to make sure I had understood correctly. I was told that tooth decay had been detected and asked if I wanted an appointment, which I declined. I really can't believe they wanted to drill into two healthy molars. I hope it was a one-time mistake—these things happen—and not a scam to make money off private patients. In retrospect, I'm very surprised that they didn't want to do any further diagnostic tests, like an X-ray. It's really disappointing and extremely unsettling, especially since the initial contact was very friendly.“

During this time, Ms. Lorhmann chatted calmly with other patients instead of attending to the scheduled appointments – extremely unprofessional behavior. In addition, the treatments were overpriced, and in my opinion, the prices were unjustified. The materials used appeared to be of inferior quality, which further diminished my confidence in the treatment. The condition of the practice also leaves much to be desired: The furnishings are outdated, the equipment seems to be technically obsolete, and the overall cleanliness did not meet my expectations of a modern dental practice. Based on this experience, I have decided not to visit this practice again in the future.“
